WHAT: The party encourages safe sex and the guys play safe since condoms and lube are readily available. The area is in a pretty safe area of town though very quiet at night. Parking closeby can be difficult but there are instructions to find easier parking that is some walk away. Instructions to get to the apartment are very clear and precise.
