Description: Group party at an apartment. Though billed as boxer briefs, there is a discounted entry fee if you are fully nude.

Location: Baldwin Hills area. Area is safe despite seeming desolate. Parking available on nearby streets or near a strip mall a little walk away

Rating: Somewhat selective

Type of crowd: Muscular & in shaped. About 2/3rd African American guys and other ethnicities make up the rest of the group.
